COSMOS

A control plane for agentic work

Command your agents.
Verify every outcome.

Keep a project moving without rebuilding its context at every handoff. Give specialist agents a focused brief, keep decisions with their sources, and review the evidence before a consequential action.

START WITH THE WORK

What would you put
on your agents’ desk?

Explore three ways to structure a task. Each has a small brief, distinct roles and an outcome a person can check.

01Ship a software change

Illustrative workflow · not a live run or a customer result

The brief
Fix a reproducible problem without losing the original requirements.
The team
Investigate → implement → independently test
The review package
A proposed patch, focused test results and remaining risks.
The decision that stays yours
Approve deployment only after reviewing the patch and verification.
02Create an evidence-led campaign

Illustrative workflow · not a live run or a customer result

The brief
Turn a source-backed product story into English and Russian copy.
The team
Research → draft → translate → editorial review
The review package
Drafts with source references, claim checks and unresolved questions.
The decision that stays yours
Approve the final text and channel before anything is published.
03Reconcile business records

Illustrative workflow · not a live run or a customer result

The brief
Compare source transactions with the target accounting state.
The team
Normalize → compare → prepare a candidate → verify
The review package
A discrepancy report and a dry-run candidate for review.
The decision that stays yours
Authorize a specific write, then read back the affected system.

The accounting case below is our first-party development evidence. These walkthroughs show the intended operating pattern; adapter readiness is assessed separately.

01 / THE SYSTEM

Your work has a memory.
Your agents have a brief.

A chat can help with a task. A control plane helps you carry that task across sessions, specialists and systems — with a trace of what was decided and what actually happened.

01

Context that stays useful

Every project remembers facts, decisions and their sources. Return weeks later and see what was agreed, why, and where the original evidence lives.

02

Teams with a clear boundary

Separate research, implementation and verification. A focused team works in parallel and returns structured results into one reviewable workflow.

03

Actions you can account for

An explicit plan, policy checks, approval and verification connect an agent’s suggestion to a real-world result.

THE OPERATING LOOP

  1. 01Understand
  2. 02Retrieve
  3. 03Delegate
  4. 04Review
  5. 05Act
  6. 06Verify

The conversation is the interface. Durable state and evidence keep the work coherent.

02 / THE ECONOMICS OF CONTEXT

Spend context on
what comes next.

Repeated context is overhead. COSMOS uses scoped retrieval and compact handoffs to make less information do more useful work.

One measured exact-output synthetic canary

Baseline profile69,393input tokens
Isolated profile4,547input tokens
93.45%fewer input tokens
15.26×smaller input

A profile-isolation canary kept the exact required answer with 69,393 → 4,547 input tokens. Cache states differed. This is a measured context result, not a general cost or quality guarantee.

What was measured?

Two runs of one synthetic task compared a baseline provider profile with an isolated profile. Both preserved the exact required output. The reported ratio uses input-token counts; it does not isolate the effect of retrieval or measure equivalent cache billing. Provider prices, output tokens, tools and retries affect actual cost.

03 / BUILT INSIDE 3BS

A real business.
A useful proving ground.

A marketplace finance workflow shows COSMOS in practice: source commerce records move toward verified accounting entries through normalization, dry-run validation, explicit approval and confirmed posting.

01

Original evidence → normalized records

Read the Wildberries finance archive and API evidence. Normalize SKU records while keeping original source documents within the trusted boundary.

02

Candidate → dry run → parity

Prepare an accounting candidate, validate it without writing, and compare the result with the source evidence.

03

Approval → draft → identity readback

Approve the specific write, create the 1C draft and verify its identity. An uncertain effect triggers reconciliation, not an automatic resend.

04

Posting preview → approved scope

Inspect the posting preview and bind posting to the approved scope before execution.

05

Posted state → external verification

Read back the accounting system’s state to confirm the actual business result, rather than relying on an agent’s completion message.

First-party development context, not an independent customer testimonial. Integrations differ in maturity; availability is reviewed per workflow.

CONNECT THE WORK YOU ALREADY HAVE

A control plane,
not another silo.

Designed around governed tool routing and adapters. Your models, your tools and your source systems each keep an explicit boundary.

Supported capabilities depend on configured adapters, permissions and deployment. A logo list would not tell you that.

A SMALLER FIRST STEP

Start with one workflow.
Define what “done” means.

A pilot discussion starts with the work, not a platform migration. Agree on the scope, access boundaries and a useful test before deciding what to build.

01

Map the handoffs

Name the sources, agent roles and decisions that need a person.

02

Define the proof

Choose a baseline, acceptance checks and the limits of the result.

03

Review the next step

Use the evidence to decide whether to refine, expand or stop.

A useful first candidate

A recurring task with accessible evidence and a result you can inspect. Keep the first scope small enough to review.

Keep outside the first scope

Unrestricted access, unsupervised irreversible actions or a promise that every model answer will be correct.

Prepare a short enquiry

Choose a starting point and describe one outcome. Copy the brief when you are ready; you decide what to share.

A few useful answers.

Is COSMOS tied to one model?

The control plane is provider-neutral. Actual models and capabilities depend on configured providers, adapters and permissions.

Can I install it today?

COSMOS is under active development. The desktop commercial release is undergoing verification; this page does not offer a public installer or self-service subscription.

Does fewer tokens mean a guaranteed smaller bill?

No. Token counts and provider bills are different measurements. Cache pricing, models, output, tools, retries and subscriptions all matter. The canary demonstrates one measured input reduction.

BUILD WITH INTENT

Let agents do the work.
Keep the decisions yours.

Bring one workflow, the handoff that slows it down, and a result worth checking. We can discuss the scope before deciding on a demo or pilot.
